Join me for a group guided breathwork journey to move energy, shift trauma and uncover powerful truths that your busy life doesn't allow you to see.
During our 3 hour journey, you'll learn how to do the conscious connected breathwork technique and how to support yourself through a full 60 minute breathwork journey. We'll go on the journey together and at the end there will be time for integration and sharing (if you would like to share).

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Hi, I'm Jaci Rogash.
I'm a Certified Breathwork Facilitator (trained by Victoria Bauman - Holumina Breathwork). I'm also an Award Winning Transformation & Energy Coach and Mentor who has been supporting deep transformation over the last 6 years. It is so important for me to hold a space that is grounded, supportive, trauma informed and non-judgemental.

THE DETAILS
When: Sunday 10th November 2024, 10am-1pm
Payment: $125
What to bring: Eye mask, blanket, a water bottle, lip balm, journal and pen. Yoga mats are provided at the studio or you're welcome to bring your own.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing! Something that allows you to be able to fully relax without feeling restricted in any way.
Where: Sherondipity Yoga, 9 Meninya Street, Moama
Preparation: Eat a light meal beforehand. You don't want to be distracted because you're hungry and you don't want to be overly full.
Spaces are limited to only 8 people to ensure everyone is supported

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Note: Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and can also result in intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices.

Pregnancy (any stage), asthma, severe anxiety or depression, PTSD, a mental health diagnosis or state that affects your ability to engage in intense physical and emotional release and mental exploration, glaucoma or a detached retina, an aneurysm, cardiovascular challenges, a history of strokes or seizures, are on blood-thinner medication, epilepsy, recent surgery or injury.
It is crucial that you inform me if any of the above conditions are relevant to you.
