The major thing holding you back from creating this is the fear of stepping onto that path because of your history of trauma.
NOT because you think you’re going to collapse, it’ll ignite you or you’ll fall in a puddle - but you know and can see from other people - that for you to create this into the world (business, project, change in career, creating more balance) you’re going to have different needs along the path than others.
Because of your traumatic experiences, you’re going to have things come up for you (self-doubt, how people you know might view you, what extra supports you may need, stepping outside the box of what’s “acceptable”) that people who don’t have a history of trauma may not.
You know if you’re going to achieve what you want and for your dreams to become a reality, you need someone to walk beside and support you. Someone who understands your unique past experiences and what they may bring up for you now.
THE INVITATION
VISIONARIES is a 6 month journey for big hearted humans who have experienced trauma, who have done their primary healing, and are ready to to step into their next evolution by birthing their big visions.
Together we will walk through what I have created over the past decade of the learning, unlearning, reclaiming, connecting and trusting that is required to bring your vision to life, through the 6 stages of Visionaries.
You will be deeply held and supported.
You will be challenged to grow and step out of your comfort zone.
You will be honoured and seen for all you have been through, all you are now, and all you are becoming.
You will transform and become more confident, self-assured, inspired and connected to your deepest, most authentic self.
VISIONARIES is that space and experience.

Are you a Visionary?
A Visionary is someone who is ready to truly embrace and claim the vision, calling and whispers of their soul.
Someone who is now focused on their future - not their past, knowing that their past is part of who they are, but does not define who they are.
A Visionary knows what healing and growth is and takes radical responsibility for themselves, knowing what is required. They do not lay blame or expect others to solve their problems, they do not *depend* on other people as they have made a commitment to themselves to live life for them! They understand that their inner growth is what will continue to drive them forward while staying true to who they are.
Visionaries know what their soul is calling and inviting them toward. They may not know the specific details or even the end goal, but that doesn’t matter. They understand and realise that their current life is misaligned with their truest self and they no longer want to live that way.
Visionaries are ready to truly let go (for good) of the way they have been living to other peoples expectations, how they have been conforming to what society wants (people pleasing, the good girl, perfectionist) and start CHOOSING to live in alignment with their truest self and spirit.
Being a visionary means you know and understand that you are here to make the world a better place and that starts by focusing on your desires and truth in the most authentic, giving and loving way.
You realise that you only get one chance at life in this body and rather than dying wondering “what if” -you’re ready to live each day knowing that you are making the most out of your one incredible life.

The Six Stages of Visionaries
Throughout VISIONARIES, you will walk through 6 module explorations to support you as you bring your vision to life. These will be supported and strengthened through practices, teachings, community enquiry and mentoring.
Each stage is an invitation to expand your self awareness, while letting go and releasing what no longer serves you, so you can fully claim what lights the fire in your heart.
These modules are:
DREAMING
You know and understand your vision…to a degree, but it’s time to get clarity and connect energetically to what it is you really want.
This goes beyond simply saying “I want to start a business” or “I want to paint more.” It’sa moment for you to visualise and see what is actually possible for you and how fucking good it is going to feel!

fears
You may know some of your fears and be able to move through them, or there may be some that are lurking and hiding from your view.
Now is the time to bring them to the front so you can see and acknowledge them and create a relationship with them that ensures you can move forward.

limitations &
blocks
There may be very obvious and legitimate limitations that have held you back in the past, or you could have subconscious blocks that are stopping you from bringing your visions to life.
This module will help you differentiate between what is and isn’t true and how these stories and beliefs have limited or blocked you or created self-sabotaging behaviours. We focus on your mindset and energy, and start redefining what you believe s possible for you.

self-trust & spirituality
Through connecting with your spirituality and your soul - everything beyond the mind - you’ll learn how to support yourself, receive guidance and tune into what your truth is. Despite trust possibly being broken in the past, this stage will support you to start trusting yourself more, going deeper and believing in yourself.
The fact that you are on this earth is a miracle in itself and it’s time to embrace that.

navigating change
This stage of our time together is about understanding the stages of change and how to identify what and when you’re required and need to make changes.
We’ll look at what it means to surrender and let go (different to giving up) and how you can easily identify what the next steps in your journey are.

YOUR MAGIC
You have your own unique magic. You are starting to see how different life can be when you are supported and support yourself by creating the life you dream of. While sharing your magic, you’ll also spend time outlining the next steps of your journey, making plans and goals, and understanding what you want to focus on.
We’ll tune into your future self who will collaborate with your current self to bring this Vision, your Vision, to life.
VISIONARIES is not a super structured, scripted, formalised curriculum. It’s a collaboration with you to ensure you activate your most vibrant, aligned and unapologetic self.
This can sometimes be a tricky thing to get our heads around because as humans we always want to know what the *outcome* is going to be. We want to know what we’ll get at the end of it. Where we’ll be. Who’ll we be. What we will have achieved.
With that being the case, the benefits of this program go far beyond the tangibles, statistics and visual of your life. They’re deep, they’re personal, and they’re within you.
The *benefits* of this experience and your personal transformation journey will be decided and determined by you and how you show up for yourself.

Hi, I’m Jaci Rogash.
I’m a coach, mentor, breathwork facilitator and guide for people who have experienced trauma.
I have supported hundreds of women to move through their trauma and into a place where they believe in themselves and are confident and truly inspired by who they are. I have held space for them as they have navigated some of the most challenging and heartbreaking realities, shifted deep beliefs they thought would limit them forever, and finally start seeing how fucking amazing they are.
Throughout both my professional and lived experience, I have also journeyed deep through my own inner world. This has involved healing deep trauma and beliefs, moving through the self-doubt of stepping out of what was expected of me - all while starting my own business and fully committing to my never ending growth. I know that it’s essential for me to commit to myself, deep healing and shadow work in order for me to be exceptional at what I do.
I am committed to taking radical responsibility and continually doing my work so I can hold the space for you to do yours.
I am a spiritual person who deeply believes in the power of breathwork, meditation, journaling, oracle cards, cycles and a relationship with Spirit and Nature. I believe there is wisdom we hold within that we can not access without entering into a state beyond the mind. I am committed to my practices and realise it’s a lifelong journey to create such deep space.
I am an award winning coach, have been published in well known media spaces, am an international speaker and continue to expand into my truth and continual evolution.
My dream is for everyone I support to fully embrace the one chance we are given in this life and to reach a point they know they are truly LIVING every day in a way that feels inspiring, empowering and fulfilling.
