  • Scrolling socials endlessly

  • Sitting on the couch ‘for 5 minutes’ and still being there 2 hours later

  • Eating the food that makes you feel poo 

  • Constantly doing everything for everyone else and never having time for yourself

  • Downloading games that promise you’ll win money because you’re hoping for an easy way out

 

I mean, it’s amazing that you have that awareness, but that awareness alone  won’t get you out of the funk you’re currently in.

I’m an expert in the trauma space through both my lived and professional experience. I’ve lived through bullying, sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, depression and much more. This gives me the unique skillset of knowing what it’s like to experience it personally AND support victims who have experienced trauma through my work as a police officer and investigation & risk assessment specialist.
