You are a
Mindset Maven

You’re obsessed with mindset work and learn best when you’re able to identify how you can reframe your thoughts to suit your situation. You love taking what you’ve learnt and directly incorporating it into your life, and comparing it to how you currently live and think.

As a Mindset Maven, you love a reframe and getting curious with ‘what makes you tick’. Whenever you feel a bit *off* or anxious, you’re able to easily identify what you need to do to recalibrate and come back to you, and why you might be feeling that way.

You understand yourself on such a deep level, and know how important mindset work is when diving into personal development and transformations. You love it when someone looks at something differently to you, because it allows you to open your mind even further to more possibilities and ways of processing information.

You have your own mindset practices and rituals that support you deeply as they allow you to ground yourself into the here and now, and identify if there’s something running around in your mind that isn’t supporting you to get to where you want to.

AS A
MINDSET MAVEN,
THIS IS WHAT LIFE LOOKS LIKE WHEN YOU'RE
thriving

Time and space for your own self-care and mindset practices that allow you to grow

Deep conversations with people who are open to new ideas and concepts and want to learn as much as you do

Personal Development that incorporates a combination of mindset shifts, practical applications as well as tuning in to you

Time and space to get super curious and honest with yourself about anything that is currently keeping you feeling *stuck*, as well as powerful, empowering and uplifting mindset work

A deep inner knowing that you are completely supported in your life by both yourself and those closest to you

Things to be mindful of when diving into personal development and transformational work.

You get a real kick out of uncovering more and more about yourself, and the moment you get yourself out of a mindset funk, you feel like you could take on the world. However, be cautious not to get too caught up in your head by trying to make complete sense of everything. The beauty of life is that sometimes, some things just don’t make logical sense, they just happen.

Part of being a Mindset Maven means that your level of self-awareness is next to none. You are so attuned to ‘why’ you do the things you do and are easily able to course-correct when you need to. However, it’s important to keep in mind that nor everyone will have the same level of self-awareness as you do. You might find yourself getting frustrated by these people, and this is where you need to remember that everyone is on their own journey.

Remember: some people may want to bury their heads in the sand and avoid doing the mindset work. While you might want to shake them to wake them up, this is where you need to stay true to yourself, do any shadow work required and remove yourself from any situations that are going to cause you more angst.

If you find yourself spending too much time worrying about what other people are doing, and forgetting to do your own work, ask yourself:

What is coming up for me right now? Is there something about myself I haven’t addressed?

Why am I frustrated and spending so much time focusing on someone else?

How can I come back to me and my own needs?

What do I know I need to do right now?

One other element that may keep you feeling stuck or like you can’t move forward is perfectionism. Because you are so attuned to yourself and your mindset, when something isn’t exactly as you expected, you can fall into the category of not moving forward until something is perfect. Life and humans are never perfect. Take action anyway.

You tend to avoid any learnings or teachings that feel too woo-woo or spiritual, meaning you avoid it and possibly miss out on some uncovering even more magic about yourself. Allow yourself the time to explore *ALL* learning techniques and then choose what feels best for you. If something doesn’t make sense, ask questions and get curious with yourself, because you can adapt all learnings to suit you.

There is no right or wrong when it comes to personal development. Because ultimately, it is PERSONAL. It is yours. So trust that whatever you are doing it what YOU are meant to be doing.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how quickly you can take action when you need to when you trust in yourself, knowing that you know yourself better than anyone else and let go of the need to be perfect. You are more powerful and knowledgeable than you realise.

Course workshop promotion Instagram feed

Having experienced my own trauma throughout the years, I know how much of an impact this can have on our lives, and it takes a lot of courage and hard work to overcome the barriers that hold us back from achieving what we most want for ourselves. Which most of the time, is to feel happiness, joy and content with who we are.

I also know that we are often ready to make big changes in our lives long before we actually commit, because let’s be real… It can be petrifying. But what I’ve learnt, is that once you jump on that personal development train, you’ll never jump off, because it’s the most rewarding thing you’ll ever do for yourself.

It’s why I support women just like you, to overcome the barriers that are holding you back, remove any limiting beliefs and help you discover your true self.

My job is to be your biggest cheerleader and provide a safe space for you to explore and chat about anything you need to in order to create big shifts so that you can believe in yourself as much as I believe in you.
