Things to be mindful of when diving into personal development and transformational work.
You are so deeply attuned to your feelings, which supports you to make decisions and you always take the time to make the right decisions based on how you feel. However, this can sometimes mean that making decisions takes a really long time, so be mindful that you may need to step into your masculine energy EVERY NOW AND AGAIN TO IN ORDER TO MAKE DECISIONS faster than usual and also be more assertive in order to ‘get shit done’.
Part of being an embodiment queen also means you are highly sensitive and intuitive. This is an incredible trait to have. But remember, it is not your responsibility to take on other peoples’ problems. You are responsible only for yourself. People may project onto you, or disagree with you, or judge you for being sensitive. What these people don’t understand is what you have is a GIFT! Remember that.
Remember: not everyone will understand what embodiment is, and they may not get your sensitive nature. You just need to keep trust in who you are and dedicate your time to the rituals and practices that support you.
If you find yourself procrastinating, or struggling to make decisions, ask yourself:
Am I avoiding doing what I know I need to do?
What am I afraid of?
How can I trust my intuition more?
When you feel like you’ve hit a roadblock in your growth, check in with yourself and ask yourself WHY? Is there a certain part of yourself you’re blocking because you don’t believe it is what you should be doing, or it feels the opposite to what you believe to be true?
You tend to avoid any learnings or teachings that feel too masculine or sterile, meaning you avoid it and possibly miss out on some absolute magic. Allow yourself the time to explore *ALL* learning techniques and then choose what feels best for you. If something doesn’t make sense, ask questions, because you can adapt all learnings to suit you.
There is no right or wrong when it comes to personal development. Because ultimately, it is PERSONAL. It is yours. So trust that whatever you are doing is what YOU are meant to be doing.
You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how quickly you can take action when you need to by allowing yourself to trust your initial feelings and responses and let go of any external judgement. You are more powerful and knowledgeable than you realise.

Certified Transformation Coach & Mentor to high functioning women who have experienced trauma or significant adversity in the past that still impacts the way they live their lives today.
Having experienced my own trauma throughout the years, I know how much of an impact this can have on our lives, and it takes a lot of courage and hard work to overcome the barriers that hold us back from achieving what we most want for ourselves. Which most of the time, is to feel happiness, joy and content with who we are.
I also know that we are often ready to make big changes in our lives long before we actually commit, because let’s be real… It can be petrifying. But what I’ve learnt, is that once you jump on that personal development train, you’ll never jump off, because it’s the most rewarding thing you’ll ever do for yourself.
It’s why I support women just like you, to overcome the barriers that are holding you back, remove any limiting beliefs and help you discover your true self.
